This design, is painted and fused inside two sheets of clear glass, It is available in total thickness of about 3/8 of an inch thick clear glass. The same design is also available as painted on the top of the glass. The back surface of the tray can be "frosted" to create 3D impression from the design, since the frosted surface will create a "canvas" for the shadow of the painted image
